Payment must be made by 18 August 2004. Cheques should be made out to Kenton Conference 2004 and should be sent to P O Box 398, HOWICK, 3290. Alternatively the monies may be deposited into the following bank account:

(Note: if the software that is used to transfer the money requires a six digit branch code, this should be 057525. If it requires a longer number, the code should be followed by zeros to the required length.)

Whichever form of payment you use, please fax or email proof of payment and registration forms to the address at the bottom of the page.

A special "early bird" conference fee of R1000.00 will apply if payment is received by 30 June 2004.
